Large, charming 2 room apartment in a Haussmannian building, totally refurbished (parquet flooring, equipment). In a quiet square on the corner of Avenue Victor Hugo, 300m from the Arc-de-Triomphe and next to rue Lauriston with its large variety restaurants and shops.
Ideal location for walks to the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe (2 min), the Trocadéro (15 min), the Quais de Seine (20 min) and the Eiffel Tower (25 min), luxury brands, gourmet restaurants and yummy Parisian bistros.
Particularly appreciated in summer as it feels airy, thanks to its three large windows and its beautiful volumes (30m2 of living room and 3m of ceiling height) as well as air conditioning.
3rd floor without elevator.

LOCATION
Very quiet apartment with reduced traffic noise as the entrance to the building is on a charming little pedestrian square and the metro entrances are in the adjacent streets.
Climb the few steps in front of the building and you will find yourself on Rue Lauriston lined with excellent small restaurants serving French and foreign cuisine (reservations are recommended!). You can also find an excellent bakery with fresh croissants and pain au chocolat, a supermarket, a butcher, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, dry-cleaners, a shoe repair shop, a retoucher... and everything else you might need during your stay.
Generally speaking, the 16th arrondissement district is one of the most prestigious, elegant and secure areas of the City. It is renowned for its wide tree-lined avenues and its superb Haussmannian buildings.
