Other Things to Note:
The laundry room is downstairs and is a shared space with guests staying in the basement. This is a Pet friendly home. The backyard is fenced, but it's not "perfect" by any means. (The backyard is shared between upstairs and downstairs guests) The patio is for upstairs guests only. Please purchase and supply your own firewood if you wish to have a fire pit. This is an older home so noise travels through the floor. Might not be the most quiet stay. Please be mindful for the basement guests and also please be understanding that their noise may travel as well.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The space was clean, stylish, and super comfortable even better than we expected. It had everything we needed, and it was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful.If you’re thinking about booking this place do it! You won’t regret it. It’s perfect for groups, and you’ll love how welcoming and well-kept everything is. We’d definitely come back in a heartbeat!

The host was super helpful and all communication was clear. The house was very clean overall. Would recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in Calgary!
