Everything was as expected
Very noisy as it was right next to a major highway. No air conditioner in the unit which can be very annoying during summer months.

The host was quick to respond and he gave me a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which I appreciated. The property is an older home that has been updated while still keeping the beautiful wide wood baseboards and door and window trim. The guest room was nicely furnished, spacious, and clean. There is a grocery store half a block away and a nice noodle house about a block past that. There was parking available off the street at the rear of the house.
There were no towels of any size provided. Fortunately, I had taken note of other guest reviews and brought my own. The shared bathroom needed a deep clean of the baseboards, mirror, and shower casing.
