Description of Apartment 1, Kampweg 1, 27476 Cuxhaven
The property is located one block back from the promenade at the western edge of Duhnen, toward Sahlenburg
Apartment 2 is spread over two levels. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are on the first floor. The bedroom is on the second floor and is accessible via an internal staircase from the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses, 90 x 200 cm). From there, you can access a second bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed. This room is not suitable for small children, as the staircase leading to the living room is not equipped with a child safety gate. From the bedroom, you have access to your balcony with a lake view. The living area is approximately 40 square meters.
Please bring your own bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels. In an emergency, we can provide a bedding package (two duvet covers, two pillowcases, and two fitted sheets) on loan for a fee of €40.00. You can also rent a towel set (two bath towels, two hand towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel) for a fee of €12.00.
A parking space and storage for bicycles are available on the property.
Wi-Fi access is available.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
Keys will be handed over at 3:00 p.m. at the vacation home. If you are running late, please notify your host on site.
The visitor’s tax of €3.80 per day is payable upon arrival.
