About this house rental
This home has approximately 1325 square feet of living space, with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and an open loft, accommodating up to 8 people. The home was built in 1950 and has been recently enlarged and updated, including a beautiful new bathroom.
Located on the South side of the Island, there are breathtaking views of Lake Huron, and Bootjack and Espanore Islands.
There is a large sliding door in the family room that leads out onto a spacious deck that overlooks the water, as well as windows lining the kitchen and dining area, so you can enjoy the views from inside and out.

One full bathroom on the main floor with a stand-up shower.
Jeeps, Side by Sides and ATVs are welcome, however you must trailer SxSs and ATVs to the trailheads since they are not permitted on M134/Channel Road.

The place was nice. We were fine not having A/C and glad there were fans. It would have been nice for the windows in the bedrooms to have screens.

Price was high for not being able to use windows in the bedroom’s ( no screens ) very hot at night , screen door had holes in it and by the handle big hole , I put tape over them to keep mosquitoes out and flies , had to wash the pans before I cooked anything they were greasy our overall stay was good. We come to the island every year. I love it there. I’ve never left a review like this before I stayed with Northern properties last year four other times we stayed on the island I went through Drummond Island hotel never had any problems with them either. Northern properties was very great to work with a very helpful and I did inform them when we got there about the no screens.
