Great news! We've reopened after Milton! 3 Restaurants, stores, our beach access & Stumpy Free Ride- all now open! Free use of our Kayaks! In great beach location, our talented interior designer created super cute "Teeny Martini" 207 sq ft studio with full bed, modern kitchenette & full sofa sleeper. Walk only 1 minute to delightfully uncrowded beach! 5 walk to Stump Pass. Swim Spa with waterfall & massage jets in common area. Quiet area. Login to your favorite streaming service with Smart TVs
Our fantastic housekeeper & reliable maintenance team live close by if an important issue comes up. We have a very thorough Guest Guide Binder in family room plus a cool digital guest guide (link emailed to you in advance so you can start planning your trip right away) with lots of very helpful tips.

Walk in 4 different directions to stunning beach, picturesque Lemon Bay, nature wonderland of Stump Pass Park & fun island restaurants often with live music!
"Teeny Martini" is part of the charming Blue Starfish Cottages with access to all amenities provided in common areas of Blue Starfish Cottages - yet enjoys it's own separate, private interior space. (similar to a nice condo beach community)
* WELCOME! Guests have access to entire Teeny Martini studio & all of Blue Starfish Cottages' on-site common-area amenities!
*YOUR DOOR CODE: Your front door code which works on your dates is included in your welcome info emailed to you prior to your stay. After you make reservations, be on lookout for emails coming from "Beach Bound Escapes" - with arrival details including door code. Please check your email spam file for emails coming from "Beach Bound Escapes" if you still aren't seeing it.
* PARKING: Important- Only 1 car parking per place -no exceptions. (neighborhood firm rule). Sorry no boats or oversized vehicles & No visitor parking - please plan to meet up with friends/relatives at area restaurants or at the public beaches which have parking lots & changing areas.
* YOUR PARKING SPOT: Teeny Martini parking spot is to left of Casa Sangria located at 117 Friendship Lane & to the left of ping-pong area. Park in furthest left river rock parking spot right in front of the tall white fence with "Martini or Teeny Martini" sign. - Walk toward the sandy side yard area and you will see "Teeny Martini" entrance on your right. It's entry door is on the side of the Casa Sangria building at 117 Friendship Lane. Enjoy!

** Stumpy's Free ride is a very popular, easy to use tip-based shuttle service to restaurants & around Manasota Key.
** Once you arrive, our nice spacious neighborhood beach is just a 2-minute quick walk! Lemon Bay only a 1-minute quick walk! Stump Pass State Beach Park is the #1 ranked local attraction & we are so lucky to be only a 5-minute walk to Stump Pass. A longer 8-minute walk to Englewood Public Beach to popular free beach yoga, 5 popular Key restaurants with live tropical music, big beach playground, reasonably priced water sports rentals - parasailing, sunset cruises etc.

Coffee lovers we've got you covered with BOTH a Keurig-style coffee maker & a traditional coffee maker plus a tea kettle & blender to whip up your favorite beach bev
Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a Dollar Tree nearby or grocery stores if you want additional supplies.

This was the smallest place i've ever stayed but it is on my Top 3 for sure !!! So Cute and Clean!!!! Nice little touches I have not had at any other places!! The cleaning Ladies were also Very nice! We will Definatly be back!!!!!

Wonderful property perfect for couples and so close to the beach! Tiny space, but has everything you need for a great stay. Lots of stuff to use on the beach - umbrella, chairs, towels, etc. The only issue we had was with the keypad not working half the time.
