The entire property (350 sqm), consisting of the main building and 2 dependances, can accommodate up to 22 people for a total of 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Main building:
The main building is on one single level, on the ground floor, and consists of a living area with lounge, satellite TV, dining table and fireplace. Following is a kitchen equipped with oven, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Then you will find 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Dependance 1:
The first dependance is located on the 1st floor, on one single level, and is accessed only by an external staircase. It consists of a living area with lounge, dining table and kitchenette (with oven and dishwasher). Following 3 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Dependance 2:
The second dependance is also located on the 1st floor, on one single level, and is accessed only by an external staircase. There is a living area with lounge, dining table and kitchenette (with oven and dishwasher). Then you will find 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Lastly, at guests' disposal also a laundry room (equipped with a washing machine and a dryer).
There is a Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request.

The villa is in an ideal location in Tuscany for exploring destinations in the surrounding area and further afield during the day.
The pool is well maintained and ideal for cooling off.
The rooms are in line with local standards, and the air conditioning works perfectly.
We will probably book again.
