"Great house, it had everything we needed! We loved walking to the neighborhood beach. We are a large family and never felt crowded. Close to great restaurants and the Village of Sandwich. We would return for future Cape Cod vacations!

"From the moment we drove up the driveway we knew this was going to be a lovely relaxing vacation! Love the front porch with rockers and the swing and the fire pit! Just wow! Inside did not disappoint! Super clean and spacious with plenty of room for our large family to both be together and get some time apart. The master bedroom is a true oasis with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Cooking family dinners was a breeze in this big kitchen and everything we needed was there. The quick walk to the beach was also ideal, easy to go back-and-forth for lunch and dinner and back down for sunsets, which are amazing! We will be back!

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

We enjoyed an extended stay at this beautiful home after the wedding of my son in Gloucester. The location in East Sandwich was close to all the activities we desired including ferries to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard; bike rental/riding along the canal; sightseeing in Sandwich; shopping in Mashpee and more. Very close proximity to the beach was another great benefit. Although a little chilly to go in the water, it was a quick walk to a pleasant destination. The home itself had all the comforts expected, and the photos do a good job showing all the amenities. Most of our gathering time after meal prep in the well-equipped kitchen, was in the wood-paneled room off the dining room. Access from there to the huge deck made it easy for early morning exercises and evening barbecuing on the large gas grill. Another nice feature was the fire pit in the front of the house where we all sat around and made s'mores. Firewood was available at the grocery store where we loaded up for the week. For those interested in ice cream, we highly recommend Polar Cave in Mashpee (made-to-order waffle cones!) and Shipwreck Ice Cream in Sandwich. The only issue we had was finding the house in the dark on the first night. The house itself is tucked behind trees so it's difficult to see when driving by - a nice feature when you're there but can be frustrating upon initial arrival. The neighborhood itself is very wooded, with houses seemingly dropped in the middle of the forest
