The underground station Ottaviano (1.5km) is a 20-minute walk away. The Vatican City and the Prati neighbourhood is only a 40-minute walk or 30 minutes by public transport.
Five of Rome's most beautiful bridges are located in this area: Ponte Milvio, Ponte Duca d'Aosta, Ponte Risorgimento, Ponte Matteotti and the Ponte della Musica.
The area is residential, but there are also the RAI headquarters, several courts and the Court of Auditors. For sports enthusiasts, the apartment is a short distance from the Stadio Olimpico, the Stadio dei Marmi, the Stadio Olimpico del Nuoto and the Stadio del Tennis in Rome.

This one bedroom apartment of about 60sqm with a beautiful private garden is situated on the ground floor of a period building and consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a private garden. Upon entering the building there is a 10-step descent to the entrance of the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with an air-conditioning system which provides both hot and cold air. The heating is not centralised.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a second sofa and a round crystal table with four chairs. This room has two windows overlooking the private garden.
