About this house rental
Charming little house, located about 50m from the sea (2 minutes walk)
This house has just been renovated to new very recently
Everything is new: floors, paints, equipment ....
The house is in a completely secure residence with locked gate
on the first floor:
main room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 beds
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, duo-raclette appliance, duo-pierrade appliance, vacuum cleaner, fold-out table according to use...)

upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140X200) and 1 single bed in the "junior" corner
This single bed is equipped with a sliding drawer that can offer a second additional bed.
So 4 beds are possible in the bedroom and 2 in the main living room on the first floor.
But we recommend a maximum of 4 people in this accommodation (6 is really in trouble and on request prerequisite)
If you need more beds, contact us because we have a 2nd maisonette 50m from it that can accommodate 6 people (ideal for family holidays)
On the wooden terrace equipped with a blind, you can enjoy garden furniture, a deckchair and beach games available to the children.
What could be better when you come back from the beach than to sit outside rather than lock yourself up in an apartment!
The outside is completely enclosed.
The beach of Courseulles sur mer (Juno beach) is one of the beaches where the landing took place in Normandy
Access to the city center where there are all the necessary shops is accessible by the in 10 minutes on foot
Linen is provided (sheets / towels / dish towel)
Travel cot and high chair are provided on request
