About this house rental

Superb renovated house in a residential area. 5 minutes walk from the centre of Saverne and the train station (25 minutes from Strasbourg). Access by car by A4 motorway exit Saverne (10 minutes) or by National 4 axis (5 minutes).

The house offers:
- Two beautiful bedrooms: 1 large and very bright master bedroom with 1 very large bed (180x200 cm) and 1 smaller cosy bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm.
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a wooden terrace with a unique view of the city and its canal. Wooden terrace table
- A spacious living room with a large sofa (possibility of sleeping in an extra room) and a dining table. Television, internet, Wi-fi. Reading area and board games.
- A bathroom: 2 sinks and 1 walk-in shower.
- A separate toilet
- Entrance on the first floor. Rooms located upstairs (stairs).
- The large garden with pond (about twenty fish; unprotected, attention supervision of child fasts is mandatory) is accessible. Possibility to use a barbecue and have lunch in the garden (garden table).
- A courtyard with electric gate: 2 outdoor parking spaces for cars.

The town of Saverne (14000 inhabitants) is located in Alsace at the foot of the Vosges and has a remarkable historical heritage.
- Numerous hikes of all levels and exotic attractions: menhirs, Gallo-Roman site, fortified castles, botanical garden, climbing.
- "Oceanide" leisure pool with large slide and spa 10 minutes away by car.
- Lively marina overlooking the Marne-Rhine canal 5 minutes walk away. - Many restaurants within walking distance. A Michelin-starred restaurant (Kasbür) 10 minutes away by car.
- Visit the castle of Rohans (museum) and Roseraie de Saverne 10 minutes walk away.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay in Nathalie‘s spacious yet cozy house. It is located beautifully on a little hill very close to the town center and it‘s just a 5 min foot walk to the canal and the castle. The highlights of the house are definitely the huge garden and the terrace which is big enough to easily handle dinner fir a family of 5. Nathalie is a great host and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

We felt at home, the whole time and left with a strong wish to return. The house is comfortable and the shady places in the garden werde splendid. Natalie, the host is an angel helping you to have your best vacation.
