The house was good and easy to find. It was stocked with everything we needed. We did find it difficult to walk down the hill to the dock. There were a lot of sliding rocks and gravel which would make it hard for those who don’t get around well such as small children or older adults. I do know that this varies based on the water level, so it may not always be an issue. The kids had a great time swimming off of the dock, and the boat slip was right around the corner which made for easy access. I would not recommend the bunk room for small children as it’s detached from the house, but would be ok for teens/adults. Overall we had a great stay!

I loved the classic oven …. The kitchen items were not organized which is typical for rental properties … the cabinets smelled musty

Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and
She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect.

Great property with good location on the Lake. The water levels were down quite a bit which made the dock access difficult but if that gets updated or water levels are at full pool I would love to stay there again.
