About this cabin rental
Crow's Nest is set on a large wooded lot in the heart of Cliffview Resort with its own private pond with a dock and benches for fishing & swimming. It has a hot tub with seating for 5, gas grill, fiber optic Wi-Fi, 2 smart TV's both have satellite TV with music channels! Central heat & AC, 4 decks with view of the woods, and an outdoor fire pit with picnic table and benches. It is a perfect house for large groups who prefer to spread out over 3 floors; some may enjoy the game room den and others may choose to watch a movie upstairs in the main open living room. Ideal to split out the kids on one floor and adults on another. 2 sets of stairs connect all 3 floors. Inside is narrow spiral staircase with a second set of much wider stairs outside.
Cabin sleeps up to 12. This 3-floor large 6 Bedroom Group Cabin is one of the founding cabins of Cliffview Resort and features two bedrooms on each floor. All have a queen size bed. The top floor Bedrooms each have a private balcony! There is a full bathroom on the middle and Basement levels. Both have tub shower combos. The middle level bath includes a washer and dryer for guest use.
The main living area is on the middle level featuring comfy couch seating, a gas log fireplace in a stone hearth and a flat screen smart TV with Dish Network. It is open to the dining area and kitchen with an island. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven range, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and all of the essential kitchenware you need for a weekend getaway, or extended stay. Two private bedrooms are on the main level.
The main living room opens up to a deck with tables with seating for all.
The basement level has a 2nd living room with couch seating to enjoy a flat screen smart TV with Dish Network. The game room has a 6 foot pool table and foosball table for enjoyment. Two bedrooms are in the basement level and share a full bathroom with jetted tub/shower combo.
Access to the cabin is easy for 2wd vehicles on paved roads to a paved driveway and parking area! Long Trailers that might be tight in the parking area and need additional space can park off the side of the driveway or road by the pond if needed.

The cabin was great. There’s plenty to do around the cabin if you enjoy the outdoors. There’s plenty stairs may be difficult for some however there are ways around the spiral staircase. I would absolutely stay here again

Family vacation: The cabin was perfect for our stay. The house was well-stocked and clean. The hot tub was in good shape and ready to use! The spiral staircase is tight but the outside steps can be used to bring luggage up and down. There are plenty of chairs and seating on the porches. Note - the grill only had to burners working. The cabin is located in a very woodsy area and the roads are windy. Red River Gorge area has a lot of fun activities. Recommend the zip lining, the underground cave tour, and skylift and hike.

Was a good time overall. There were amenities here that were stated not to be here initially, as well as amenities that were assumed not to be there.There were/was: 3 towels for each room, dish soap, 4 dishwasher tabs, coffee filters, coffee, salt & pepper, plenty of cooking pans, pots, and utensils

Secluded spot with frequent deer visits. Fishing available. Great hikes and climbing opportunities at nearby parks. House was as listed with some repairs/ replacements.
