A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in a very well-maintained residential complex with a community pool, another heated pool for the winter, and a hot tub. The complex is about 700 meters from the beach and is within walking distance of Garrucha—about a half-hour walk. The apartment has a furnished terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining overlooking the sea, as well as two lounge chairs. It is located in the Marina de la Torre beach area, a very quiet neighborhood in an elevated location with elevator access from the first floor of the complex.
