About this house rental

The home is located in the Heart of the Ross Barnett Reservoir area. It has easy access to public boating dock , walking trails, parks and restaurants nearby. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Spillway Rd. It is close to Hwy 25 easily accessible to shopping in Dogwood Shopping mall in Flowood. It is a short drive to the new Brandon Amphitheater featuring many exciting concerts. There is a TV projector in the living area with Fire TV , access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The master bedroom has a 55 inch. All bedrooms have 43” Fire TV’s with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large backyard area has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine. The unit has Nest thermostats to make sure your stay is comfortable. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board.

This property made it easy to visit elderly families still living in the area. Great seafood close by. Convenient to get to Lakeland Drive where one could shop till you drop!

The house is as it was listed. The house was very close to conveniences such as shopping and such. The house was very responsive and he said to get along with.. Will be staying with him again.
