WATERFRONT DREAMS!!! Fisherman's Paradise on your very own Scenic Peninsula right off the Spillway at the Reservoir in Brandon! Centrally located and just minutes from shopping, entertainment, restaurants, interstate, airport, grocery stores. This half acre lot provides your group with ample space, a 180 degree waterfront view and big water access complete with your own covered boat dock and pier. Attached to the 4/3 home is a large back deck and upstairs balcony for complete relaxation and enjoyment of the water. Kitchen was rebuilt to include all new custom cabinets, farmhouse sink, granite counters and island overlooking the water, pot filler, abundant storage with large pantry drawers, utensil drawers beside range. Primary bedroom has a king bed and is located downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Guest bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. Upstairs includes two bedrooms, EACH with a twin over full size bunkbed + queen bed (perfect for families of 3-5 that want to be in the same room). Last there is a pull out sofa in the living room as well as up to 3 air mattresses and/or pack and play portable crib if needed. Dining table accommodates 8, the bar holds an additional 4. Outdoor dining table seats 4 plus large picnic table seats 8. Fire-pit and more outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy the peaceful wildlife and nature on this private peninsula. Bring all of your friends and family here for a fun weekend getaway or extended vacation. There will be no shortage of cherished memories made at this lake house in Central Mississippi.
