About this house rental
Walking distance to The Ross R. Barnett Reservoir, a public boat launch, and nice walking trails, this house is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
One king sized bed in the master with a half bath ensuite. Two queen sized beds in the second and third bedroom with a full bath.
The large living room has a sectional with a chair and a 50" smart TV. The house has free Wifi.
The full kitchen is not a cook's kitchen but it is fully equipped and we have great local food so you may want to order in!
We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.
**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.*
We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.
The alarm system at the front door is active with Vivint and we use it when the property is vacant. Please do not arm as we do not give out the code.
MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.

My family stayed here over Spring Break this year. We were looking for a place close to Ross-Barnette spillway with oossible lake access. This was the perfect fit. The residence was clean and functional. The neighborhood felt very safe and any neighbors we came across were very friendly. Thank you so very much for providing this listing. Our family had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Neighbor's yard was creepy with overgrown vegetation and junk in the backyard.

The house is a little dated (no power outlets in the bathrooms), but was very clean and the beds are expensive memory foam. The neighborhood was quite and historically crime free according to one of the neighbors I spoke with. The host was prompt with responses and gladly accommodated a special request. Ours was a fishing trip so here are a few notes for fishermen: The driveway is deep enough for a 21’ bass boat and crew cab F250. I backed my boat into the garage to keep it mostly out of the weather. Anything taller than 8’ powerpoles will not fit. The only working exterior power outlet is in the back of the house so a 75’ extension cord will be necessary to charge your batteries. If your tournament is launching out of Shaggy’s, you are only five minutes away.
