This unit sits on the ground level, looking out over the boat slips and water. From the patio, you are able to watch the beautiful sunset. There is a flight of steep downward steps to get to this unit. Beds are soft and comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything that my family and I needed. Enjoyed our stay, property manager responded quickly and was helpful.

Ground floor, lakefront, close to waffle house, marina close by for renting boats., island donuts across the street, couldn’t have a more convenient location. If you don’t want to get out and visit all the attractions so close to the condo, you can have your nine-year-old son whoop you in a game of Pickleball!!
we like the place a little bit, lol! No reason for us to ever stay anywhere else! We’ve also decided to make it a weeklong vacation next year.
