The Catalina Lakeside Retreat is a delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo tucked right into the shoreline of beautiful Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas! Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, our condo offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The condo is centrally located off of Central Avenue and close to Futrell Marine, which means you will be able to see all the activity taking place on the main channel of the lake from the charming & pleasant back porch.

• Our condo offers step-free access, making it easily accessible for guests of all ages and abilities.
• The dock area is shared common space & you are allowed to fish and swim off of the dock. This condo does not come with a boat slip.

If the shared parking spaces are full, we will have other recommendations, but it may require you to park remotely and have the other vehicle follow and pick you up.
