About this house rental
Welcome to our charming stone house typical of the Girondines, full of character and comfort, perfect for up to 4 people
Nestled a few steps from Saint-Émilion, the city center of Libourne and ideally located near Bordeaux and the Bay of Arcachon.
A stone's throw from a listed church, starting point for bike rides or walks.
Our house is ideal for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in the heart of the vineyards bordeaux.
The accommodation
Our house with a cosy atmosphere has on the first floor an open living room and a laundry room with toilet.
Living room:
a three-seater sofa, a coffee table, a TV cabinet with board games, a connected TV and an extra lamp for subdued light. A welcome table with a multitude of guides and leaflets for activities in the area.
Kitchen:
It is open to the living room, fully equipped with a cooking oven, an induction hob and an extractor hood, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, crockery and cutlery of all types, wine glasses, pitchers and carafes and also space to store your food. As for appliances, you will find a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
Everything you need to concoct good meals with an unobstructed view of the vineyards!
A laundry area with suspended toilet:
You will have a washing machine with a capacity of 5kg, an ironing board and of course an iron!

Upstairs, a beautiful landing with a large mirror leads to two double bedrooms with new bedding, a bathroom with Italian shower and a toilet.
Bedroom 1: a double bed in 160x200 with sheets, duvet and pillows provided, bedside table and bedside lamp, as well as a storage cupboard.
Bedroom 2: a double bed in 140x200 with sheets, duvet and pillows provided, a bedside lamp, as well as a dressing room and hangers.
A bathroom with suspended toilet:
A double sink, a fully tiled walk-in shower, a towel dryer and also a hairdryer.
You will also find access to a mezzanine, now accessible but not fitted.PGJyPg�PGJyPgPGJyPgEnjoy a high-speed Internet connection throughout the house!
Outside, an enclosed garden with an outdoor electrical outlet and an outdoor tap, a shed to store equipment or bicycles.
