Welcome to HAUS MONIKA. Built in 1996, this family-friendly guesthouse features 2 newly renovated vacation apartments and is located in a quiet spot on the edge of the forest near the town center. Located right on the bike and hiking trail and near the cross-country ski trailhead, you can reach the town center and the train station in just a few minutes. Parking is available right in front of the house. TV & free Wi-Fi. Suitable for 2–6 people.

Our cozy “Isarblick” vacation apartment, approximately 50 square meters in size, accommodates up to 4 people and is located on the top floor (1st floor) with its own entrance. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining and living area with a sofa, a small, charming bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a bedroom with access to the balcony (overlooking the Isar River). Additionally: lockable bike storage
Our family-friendly “Porta-Claudia” apartment, measuring approximately 100 square meters, was newly renovated in 2024, accommodates 2 to 6 people, and is located on the first floor with its own entrance. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area; 1 living room with a comfortable couch; 2 bedrooms with French double beds (1 bedroom with a TV); 1 spacious bathroom with a large shower, double sinks, and a private toilet, as well as 1 separate toilet; each room has its own access to the terrace/garden, which features garden furniture, a charcoal grill, and a cozy gazebo. Additionally: lockable bike/ski storage.
