Studio flat apartment with separate kitchen and private garden, located in a quiet neighborhood at walking distance from the city centre and beaches. It's the perfect location to spend unforgettable holidays in Rapallo.
The apartment has a spacious living area with two sofa beds ad a ceiling fan, a separate equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower. The house is very bright and the private garden is a peaceful corner where you can relax, sunbathe or read a book.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers (except in the garden) and is equipped with television. There is also a hairdryer, towels and bed linens for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Take care of it, you are welcome!
The property is located in a residential area of Rapallo, close to the public Park E.Casale where you can find minigolf, public library and a botanical garden. Close by, there is a small supermarket and a bar/tobacconist's.
We kindly remind our guests that the apartment is located on the second floor and the building does have an elevator. It's anyway necessary to climb some steps.
House rules:
- Check-in to arrange with the host from 3pm to 9pm. As an alternative, it is possible to also arrange a self check-in (always starting from 3pm).
- Tourist city tax (2.50 euro per person per night) to pay by cash upon arrival.
- In case of late arrivals after 9 pm, a surcharge of €30 is required for late check-in until 11 pm or €40 for arrivals after 11 pm (not mandatory if self check-in is arranged).
- At the moment of the check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID or passport.
- At the moment of the check in, the guest will sign a lease agreement according to Italian law. . City Tax: € 2,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
