JOIVY Banfi Apartment

The apartment was clean and exactly as described. It looks like it was recently renovated. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and communication with the property manager, Valeria, was excellent. Before our arrival, I received a detailed message with clear instructions on how to access the building, which was very helpful—thank you! Throughout our stay, Valeria was always available and happy to assist whenever we needed anything. The parking area is located just a few dozen metres from the property. One air conditioning unit was sufficient to keep the entire apartment cool and comfortable.

The only minor drawback is that there are relatively few electrical outlets throughout the apartment. Since the building is quite old, this is understandable, as the renovation likely had to work within the existing structure. However, it wasn't a significant inconvenience during our short stay.

we could have had a bit more information about how things work. washing machine did not spin and clothes came out very wet. way too many people to contact and nobody helped when we needed to get some of the shades open.
