About this villa rental
Casa Amarilla is 2 bedroom villa with a capacity for 6 people, a *private pool and garden and is located on the 5* Mar Menor Golf Resort.
The villa has air-conditioning and central heating throughout and a south-west facing garden, so is suitable for a visit any time of year and great for winter sun! It is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood and is a 10-15 minute walk to the numerous bars and restaurants on the resort and the Boulevard (just outside the entrance of the resort).
The accommodation is equipped with everything you need; private garden with own *pool, garden furniture, barbecue, 1st floor terrace.
There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. It also has a Smart TV, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, sofa bed and a travel cot and high chair.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese restaurants, an Irish pub and Spar supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos - fine quality dining, even a gift shop!)
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar
- Sixty Six American Diner with pool table and showing sports events
- La Gustosa Italian & Pizzeria Restaurant
- Tasty Bites offering Indian & Continental Cuisine
Inside the Mar Menor Golf Resort (next door), you will find Club MMGR where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!
Should you wish to venture out, you are 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach in the town of Los Alcazares, which has water sports, many more activities, and also plenty of bars and restaurants.

- Potential risk of identity theft as all passports where submitted online without blacking out personal data and/or adding a watermark
- Security damage deposit was not successfully collected
- The sinkholes at the poolside were clogged.
- No coffee machine available, filter or with Nespresso cups would do
- The lock of the window in the porch is not closing.
- The cover of some of the airconditioning remote controls were missing
- The laminate floor suffered a bit from moisture/water damage

Very pleasant and quiet stay. Joy has been attentive at all times. The house is clean and the atmosphere is cozy. I loved the stay with my family. Thank you very much.

The house had everything you need and it was all clean. If you are going for a quiet holiday, this area is ideal. You really need a car to visit shops and villages/cities. At the Mar Menor Resort, almost everything you need is available, from supermarket to dining. There is also a strip with all restaurants/bars just outside the resort. The communication was a bit slow, but the service was good. All our questions were answered properly. We had a very nice week as a family of 3!
