The 2-story Villa is located just a 20 minutes drive from Disney, and 20 minutes from Downtown Disney. The Champions Gate Shopping Complex is only a few minutes away from the Villa for all the essentials with a Publix Supermarket, Gas Station, McDonald's, and a Chili’s Restaurant.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, with an additional bonus room off the Master suite to accommodate small children so they can be near their parents. The home is fully air-conditioned, furnished, and equipped to the highest standard. The five bedrooms include 2 King rooms, 1 queen room,1 room with 2 Twin beds, 1 room with full size Bunk Beds & Bonus room off the Master suite that can sleep 2 small children. There is a balcony that stretches the full width of the house on the second floor giving beautiful views of the nature reserve behind the house, the balcony is accessible from both King suites.

There is a formal dining room, two lounges, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a games room fully equipped with a pool table and games.

Outside, patio doors lead to a beautiful large swimming pool and Spa. The house faces West so you have the beautiful sunshine over the private swimming afternoon & evening. The pool is fully screened and has ample space, perfect for sunbathing. We also have a removable pool security fence as a safety precaution for families traveling with children.

Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer located on the second floor(which means get the laundry done before traveling home.

Please note - This property has a pet policy for an additional fee you can bring max. 2 dogs (no cats) $100.00. There is parking spaces for 2 vehicles on the driveway, The subdivision does have a Tow policy in force for no overnight street parking. Signage is at the gate entrance.

Our home backs onto a beautiful natural pond, offering a unique chance to observe Florida’s incredible wildlife—including sandhill cranes, blue herons, turtles, and even the occasional alligator or snake. While this enhances the peaceful, natural setting of our property, we ask all guests to remain mindful and respectful of the environment.

      •     Do not approach, touch, or feed any wildlife. It is not only dangerous but may be illegal under federal or state laws.
      •     Never leave food outside, as this may attract animals.
      •     Always inspect the pool before entering. On rare occasions, wildlife may find their way into the area.
      •     Children and pets should be closely supervised at all times while outdoors.
      •     Please avoid walking near the edge of the pond, especially at dawn or dusk.
