The apartment has an area of 58 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. There is no elevator in the building! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The nearest supermarket is just 100 meters away. There are several bars and restaurants within a 150-metre radius. The sea and the beach are only 200 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!

Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
