Holiday lodge for 4/5 people in a residence with communal swimming pool located 450 m from the center of Saint Vincent sur Jard, 1.4 km from Belesbat beach.

A fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine)
A living room with a sofa and a dining table

Upstairs:
1st bedroom with a 140 bed, 2 small cabins
2nd bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a BZ.
A bathroom with integrated toilet.
A terrace with garden furniture.
In the residence, secure communal swimming pool, a tennis court, a playground. The swimming pool is closed from September to June.
