About this house rental
Recent house of 80 m2 and 30 m2 of garage.
On enclosed land of 475 m2
400 m from the beach.
Located on the "Coast of Light"
between the sea (10 km) and Jard sur mer (6 km)
Including:
3 bedrooms: 2 of 10 m2 and 1 of 7 m2 in the attic, accessible by a staircase in the garage.
(Not recommended for young children, alone.)
The 3 bedrooms are composed of double beds.
- Living room, equipped kitchen, back kitchen, walk-in shower, heated towel rail.
Washing machine.
- large terrace, garden furniture, pergola, sun loungers, plancha, outdoor shower.
No wifi in the house yet.
Beach at 400 m, national forest at 200m
( many hiking trails) .
Direct access to the coastal cycle path
Saint Vincent sur Jard. 4 km
Jard sur mer 6 km
Longeville sur mer 8 km
Small local shops;
( Bread depot, groceries, newspapers ), restaurant
In the surrounding area,
Nautical center (catamaran rental or lessons, windsurfing, paddle)
0 'Gliss Park, Indian forest, the castle of the adventurers, the zoo of the sands of Olonnes, the house of Clemenceau, the house of the marsh (canoe), festy Park, the small port of the guittière, the tip of the country... etc..

An inventory will be made on your arrival and departure.

A security deposit will be requested on arrival or by the site and returned at the end of the stay if no damage is noted.
