Vacation Rental 7 is located on the upper floor of the house and offers a view of the sea. It consists of an entryway with a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a loggia. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The living room features a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV.
Through the living room, you can access the separate bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a closet. The apartment also includes a loggia with a seating area and a view of the sea. The bathroom has a shower.
Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, electricity, water, and heating are included in the price. You can book a parking space for an additional fee. Please bring your own beach towels. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.



Haus Lucie is located in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, just 100 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The building has a total of 10 vacation apartments, which are rated 3–4 stars according to the DTV classification. The comfortably furnished vacation apartments offer sea views in some cases.
In the garden, you’ll find cozy seating areas that are welcome for guests to use and invite you to relax.

A parking space can be booked for an additional fee and must be paid for on site. A washing machine and dryer are also available for a fee. Feel free to take advantage of the property’s bread roll delivery service. A lockable bike storage area is located at Haus Anne.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the total price.
