Vacation Apartment 4 in Quarter II is the ideal place for a relaxing stay on Usedom. Spacious, modern, and tastefully furnished—it’s a great place to stay. Spanning approximately 94 square meters, the apartment features a bright living room with an open kitchen and dining area, two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (each 2.00 × 2.00 m), and two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets. The large balcony offers plenty of space for outdoor seating—whether for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. A special bonus is the fireplace in the living area, which creates a cozy atmosphere not just in winter. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building at no extra charge. For families, we’re happy to provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress or bedding) and a high chair upon request—both for an additional fee. The apartment comes with two parking spaces: one in the underground garage (No. 4) and one outdoors (No. 4). There is also an electric charging station at the underground parking space, which can be used for a fee. Arrive, unpack, unwind—it’s easy in this apartment.
