Welcome to the holiday home on the edge of the forest Located directly on the edge of the forest, secluded detached house with approx. 200 square metres of living space is at your sole disposal in the climatic health resort of Riedenburg. There is also a furnished terrace with barbecue in the garden. Parking is available directly in front of the house. Cycling and hiking trails can be found in the immediate vicinity in the idyllic Altmühltal as well as several beer gardens and pubs in Riedenburg itself. The local bathing lake St. Agatha and the summer toboggan run in Riedenburg are also within easy reach. The larger cities of Regensburg (approx. 45 km away), Ingolstadt (approx. 40 km away) and Nuremberg (approx. 85 km away) are ideal excursion destinations. The house welcomes you with a large kitchen-cum-living room with kitchen island. The dining table made of solid wood can easily accommodate up to eight people. The living room is very comfortably furnished with a couch and a reading chair. On cold days, the fireplace offers cosy warmth. You can look forward to two spacious bedrooms. The house also has a separate walk-in dressing room for the whole family. The daylight bathroom invites you to relax with a spacious bathtub with separate shower. Another highlight awaits you one door further, here you will find the in-house sauna. Use the comfortable study to plan your day trips in the area. Need a change of scenery? This room is also wonderful for working in the "home office". A deposit of 50% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking. Payment of the remaining amount is made in cash on site. Arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Departure is possible until 11:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The keys are handed over personally on site. Pets are allowed for a fee per night and pet. The basic price includes towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, parking and final cleaning.
