This 160m2 house with garden is ideal, located in the town of Combrit.
Nearby, you will find the following towns: Pont l'Abbé, Combrit, Ile Tudy, Sainte-Marine (between 5 and 10 minutes by car), but also Bénodet only 15 minutes away by car (speedboat departure for the pretty Glénan archipelago). Other sites not to be missed such as Penmarc'h (the Eckmühl lighthouse), the Torche beach in Plomeur and many fishing ports in the surrounding area.
On the first floor:
- A large living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, plancha, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker and Magimix coffee machine, gas hob, croque Monsieur/waffle appliance)
