Spacious 2 levels, with 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 with extra provisions for 10 in total.
2 bedroom enjoys stunning views of Hinchinbrook Marina looking out from a spacious balcony above the swimming pool with its own kitchenette & bar fridge. The 3rd bedroom looks out to Hinchinbrook Island. There are 3 Bathrooms & a spa bath in the main ensuite.
Lower level dbl bedroom adjacent a bathroom, large shower, toilet & vanity suited for guests who prefer not to use the staircase. Potentially suitable for wheelchair access depending on width.

The property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. However, please note that for groups with more than 6 adults, there will be an additional charge of $25 per guest.
This property is in a quiet neighbourhood, any gatherings, parties or events are strictly prohibited. Pets not allowed unless previously approved.

A great house for our big family!
4 couples and 2 kids under 2, there was plenty of space for us all and the kids loved the pool! :)
