Great location, spotlessly clean. I was given a free upgrade to a better room with a balcony, kettle, fridge, and ensuite for my second and third nights which was lovely. I had a great time looking at wildlife from my balcony each morning. Friendly helpful staff and well equipped shared kitchen area
The room I was in the first night was basic but fine for a short stay, only suggestion would be to add a lamp to this room as I found the overhead lights a little bright. For some reason the WiFi didn't work for me the first day and night

Matt and his partner were wonderful and welcoming. He even showed us how to fish. We hired rods from him. The lodge was brand new and very clean. We had a room with ensuite . The kitchen was shared. It allowed us to chat with fellow travellers and workers who were lovely and respectful. What I liked the most is that Matt trusted us to care for his lodge
