About this house rental
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located calm terrace house in the Paris End of Collingwood. Close to PT, walk to Fitzroy, Carlton, Richmond, Merri Creek and the CBD. Get to the MCG with ease. It has a unique feel and is a great retreat. Its location makes getting around Melbourne easy and it is not far from major landmarks. There is excellent variety of food in the local area as well as many entertainment hot spots. Rejuvenate and enjoy inner Melbourne .
The space
The house comes with two spacious beds rooms with lovely high ceilings. There is queen beds in both rooms. Both rooms come with wardrobes so you can unpack and settled in.
Living room has 50 inch smart TV with chrome cast. We have a collection of board games, a comfy three seater couch.
There is a morning light filled courtyard leading off the lounge room. Kitchen is fully equiped with gas oven and cooktop, Ninja air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of essentials in the pantry to make your trip easy. There is a six seater dining table in the dining space which leads onto a generous sized paved backyard where you find an outdoor dining table and chairs and BBQ. Gas heating in lounge room space and electric heaters in the bedrooms. The house is double bricked, so keeps cool in the summer but there is some pedestals fan in the bedrooms if required.

Lovely place with heaps of character. Communication couldn’t have been better and Jared was a superstar throughout. If you’re looking for a classic Collingwood cottage that’s super close to ‘everything’ Melbourne has to offer you won’t find much better. 5 stars! PS. The Goldy pub and the amazing Milk Bar 200m down the street is an added bonus.
