Ease of communicaion with the host, this is a must for me in all non-hotel accom. apartment was spacious and had all the amenities. Balcony was lovely to watch the catch the changing colours of the sunset, kitchen was also stocked with core essentials. a much better alternative than Quest Collingwood.
I would have liked maybe a physical booklet on the amenties and the building in the room not just on the phone. If I am picky, some more light could have been ok but thats just me being picky

The second bathroom was not near the bedroom The oven timer switch is broken, have to use pliers.
