The house, built in 1998, is located in the village of Koserow. The southwest-facing apartments have a view over the island, which is quite narrow at this point, to the Achterwasser. On the balconies you can enjoy the sunset. The house has the 3 holiday apartments, which are located on the upper floor. Commercial units are housed on the first floor.
The pier and the beach of Koserow are only a few hundred meters away. Since you are in the middle of the village, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
The 2-room apartment (Wollin 1) with 40m² has a daylight bathroom, equipped kitchen, double bed and other amenities. The two studios (Wollin 2 and 3) are slightly smaller at 35 m² and with their sloping ceilings they are extremely cozy and charming.
Dogs only allowed on special request. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
