Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, this modern and tastefully decorated 67m² apartment is conveniently close to top attractions in Paris, such as Parc de la Butte-du-Chapeau-Rouge!
The apartment features an open floor plan. The living room includes a spacious sofa and a dining table for four. There's also a video projector with access to TV via the TV box.
Step out onto the private balcony with seating to relax and enjoy the stunning views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The park is home to museums such as the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and concert venues. The manicured Parc des Buttes Chaumont has waterfalls and city views, while hip crowds hang out in cafes and check out edgy art at Cent Quatre.
During the Summer, the Bassin de la Villette transforms into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). Children and adults play boules, pedaloes are seen on the canal, and people get sun tan on the beach.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Great appartment for its price
: The apartment had literally everything inside, including things you may or may not need. The flat is full of equipment: a speaker, projector, board games, all the important kitchen stuff, oven, microwave, and so on. The interior is very nice looking. Big bath, even two sinks for a couple. The fridge is huge, but someone needs to take out all the leftovers from previous tenants. And last but not least, the size of the apartment amazes. As far as I know, there are not so many accommodations with so much space inside Paris. Overall, the flat is amazing.
The title says “near famous attractions“ but it’s not, you need to go everywhere 40 minutes by subway. The blanket was extremely heavy, thus making it uncomfortable, I have never seen such a heavy blanket in my life. The smell of spices inside the living room may cause you to sneeze every time you enter the apartment.
