Very good communication and a really nice place to stay! We were in the area for our sons turning green ceremony at Ft. Benning. Very easy to get to from a nice neighborhood. House had a lot of amenities that proved useful to pass the time for his weekend pass. Comfortable beds and a master shower you can’t beat! A really nice place, great overall experience for our trip!

The house was beautiful, spacious and had almost everything we needed. It was in a lovely and safe area of town.The cons: The faucet in the kitchen would not turn warm/hot. Not too big of an issue, I just boiled water on the stove then put that in the sink to wash dishes. Trash was not put out by the street when we checked in so it was full. I contacted the mgmt and they said they would take care of it. They did not and we had nowhere to put the trash other than in the laundry room until we checked out. The pool was cold and dirty. I'm not talking about the leaves that blew into the pool but the dirt that collected on the bottom of it. Maybe it was because we were there at the end of the season by it was a bummer. The pool cues that were at the house were not usable because there were no tips on them. So I bought some from Amazon and put them on, problem solved. Lots of little issues that made me nervous so I took a video when we first checked in. I did not want to get charged for broke toilet paper fixtures, dings/gouges/dirt on the wall. We were excited for the shower in the master bath because it looked amazing. However, only half of the faucets worked.
