If you want a glorious property in Malpais with gorgeous sunset views, clean, comfortable, high end this is the place. We’ve come and stayed here several times. Location is close to the hustle and bustle if Santa Teresa but you don’t have to deal with traffic. Otherwise, you will need 4 wheel drive to get here

We were a family of four, with two young adult children, and thoroughly enjoyed our 7 days there. The villa is beautiful, inside and out. Everything is provided for a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect: conveniently close to town but sufficiently removed to provide a calm and peaceful experience. 5 stars for Soraya, the property manager, who was incredibly helpful in all kinds of ways, even offering to arrange for some essential groceries for us because we were arriving late on Christmas Eve. Such a great place! And Soraya is so great to deal with.

Beautiful property, we took photos of monkeys, birds, iguanas and more right from the back porch. I thought the pool table would be subpar as I see many in disrepair but the pool table was perfect. There were problems with the pool when we arrived but they were quickly rectified with a call to the host. I would stay here again, it feels like you're in the jungle but with the comforts of AC, full kitchen, and pool.
