Get ready for rest and relaxation at this Oceanfront Home in Emerald Isle! Goodnights is a well-maintained 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath property located right on the Emerald Isle Beach just 1 mile away from a plethora of restaurants and grocery stores!
Ground Level: Exterior Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer and 2nd Refrigerator.
Main Level: Wireless High Speed Internet! The Great Room including the comfortable Living Area, accommodating Dining Area, and Fully Equipped Kitchen offer an open, airy space with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views throughout! The Living Area provides ample seating, Flat Panel Smart TV with access to streaming apps, Sound Bar, and Blu-Ray/DVD Player. The Dining Area seats 6 with additional seating at the Kitchen Bar. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes Coffee Maker, Slow Cooker, Refrigerator with Attached Icemaker (2nd Refrigerator in Ground Level Laundry Room), Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender. Off of the Living Area, there are covered and open deck areas with furniture.
Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 are each Oceanside with a King Bed and Flat Panel Smart TV with access to streaming apps. Bedroom #3 is Streetside with a Queen Bed and Flat Panel Smart TV with access to streaming apps. Bedroom #4 is Streetside with 2 Twin Beds and Flat Panel Smart TV with access to streaming apps. There are two Full Bathrooms, one on either side of the Great Room area.
An enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water as well as a Gas Grill simply add to the appeal!
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
