This is an apartment style living arrangement with lots of privacy. There is a small Oceanfront Den,with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Small kitchenette (no microwave), bath, and private entrance. Streetside Bedroom #1 is off the kitchenette, with King and a private exterior entrance. This room can only be accessed by the hallway leading from bedroom #3 through the den and kitchenette. Bedroom #2 is Streetside and has a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and a private exterior entrance. Bedroom #3 is Oceanfront with a King has a private exterior entrance. This bedroom's only interior access is through Bedroom #2. There are a total of 2 baths on this level. All private exterior entrances are paved. Washer & Dryer. Outside shower. Garage is not available for guest use at an time.

Large open living area with large deck facing ocean. Large dining Area. Kitchen/bar area with microwave and dishwasher.
