Completely updated, eco-friendly beach house with private yard, pool and hot tub surrounded by tropical vegetation. Situated on dead-end street, nine houses from beautiful Twin Lakes beach; easy walking and biking to stores, restaurants, and Sunday farmer's market. Furnished as two bedrooms and two offices: most comfortable for 2-3 people. Solar and radiant heat. 2-month minimum. Owner pays utilities minus electric and water.
