Built in 2005 and renovated in 2019, the holiday home is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home estate, in the village centre. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Ground floor: Living room 30 sqm and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (210 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Anteroom with lounge and 2 extra beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Transmitter in different languages (German)

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
