Private: patio (50 m2), terrace (10 m2). Shop 150 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Mairie" 7 km, sandy beach 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Granville 22 km, Utah Beach-Plages du débarquement 60 km, Mont Saint Michel 70 km, Agon coutainville 11 km, Bréhal 12 km. Hiking paths: Piste cyclable.
"Le Sund", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and modern furnishings: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), flat screen with separate WC. Bathroom. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Upper floor: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Solar energy heating. Terrace 10 m2. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
