The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is pleased to present this charming 180 m² house in Hauteville-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a 3,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190) and cot
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 3,000 m².
- A 35 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Hauteville-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
