Enjoy this newly 2024 remodeled, private 2 bedroom single family home directly on Lake Huron! You can relax / swim on sandy beach, enjoy the fire pit on the beautiful brick paved patio, and sleep peacefully on new mattresses.
The new kitchen boasts a large refrigerator, granite counters, full size oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher! Plus its fully stocked with everything you need to cook inside or out! As you walk up the brick paved patio to the house the amazing view of Lake Huron will come into view and you'll know your vacation has begun!
The sunroom views are beautiful as you overlook the brick paved patio and expansive view of the lake.
The open floor plan living room, kitchen (which includes high top bar that overlooks the sunroom) is nicely decorated and has everything you will need for your stay. Plenty of kitchen utensils, blender, cookie sheets, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, as well as plenty of dishes and glass plus platters and bowls for serving!
The queen bedroom has a view of the lake and sleeps two. Brand new mattress in spring of 2024!
The second bedroom boasts a bunk with a full size bed on the bottom and twin on top. Again all new mattresses.
There are two dressers with plenty of room for your belongings.
All bed linens are included (FYI - comforters are washed after every guest!)
The bathroom has a good size vanity with storage and a stand up shower. Bath towels and beach towels are also provided with your stay.
Brand new air conditioner and heating in 2024 as well!
Ready to head outside? You'll find a new brick paved patio and fire pit, large picnic table and seating plus a gas BBQ. The sandy beach leads down to the lake!
Situated just 5 minutes south of downtown Oscoda and 12 minutes north of E Tawas you'll find beaches, shopping, restaurants and attractions within minutes!
You won't want to leave this beautiful oasis
DISCLAIMER: We have no control over the water level, sand / beach levels and/or clarity of the water. It can change almost daily based on natural causes. Depending on these levels, the drop at the seawall can be anywhere from zero (at one time we didn’t even know there was a wall there!) to approx 3’ drop. Please understand this out of our control.
