The River House @ 102 is conveniently located in downtown Oscoda, MI on the AuSable River! Our coastal inspired decor will have you ready to kick back, relax and cast a line or two! The River House @ 102 is a 3 bdrm/1 bath fully furnished home ready for the whole family to enjoy! Our rooms bring the serenity and beauty of the outside in. They are all well appointed with pillow top mattresses and new bedding (1-king, 2-queen). With 50' of frontage on the AuSable River with a seawall & dock to secure pontoon, speed boat, fishing boat or jet skis! Only a short 5 minute boat ride to access the turquoise waters of Lake Huron. Here to fish? You'll find bass, walleye, perch and steel-head right in your backyard! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, ice cream and downtown beaches etc. Lots of family fun provided with board games, cornhole, ladder ball, beach caddy with chairs, toys & towels, fishing poles/small tackle box, chairs and hammocks. Fully stocked kitchen, heat/central air, bathroom linens, televisions, bedding, outdoor grill and wifi available. Soak up every second of your getaway with us at The River House @ 102! Looking for more space for larger groups book the River Sweet Cottage located next door.

For good swimmers this location can be good for snorkeling, the water is clear and can normally spot fish swimming out front. Sit back and enjoy the fresh air, refreshing water and clear skies at night. Get ready to RELAX, UNWIND and drop a LINE or two!

The home was amazing and had everything plus more that you could need. The decor is beachy and looks like it could be featured in a magazine. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for a big family. Having two living rooms was a bonus. We had our four teenagers with us & they had a blast. The kids fished, kayaked, went swimming, rode bikes to get ice-cream and played with the backyard games. They did lots of swimming in the river & Lake Huron is a short walk with an amazing beach. The owners are awesome and very accommodating! We Highly recommend for families. It was an amazing and relaxing vacation!

We come to Oscoda every 4th of July to see family and struggled to find a rental to fit our needs. Jerry and Jen were the best hosts! They had plenty of supplies, games, entertainment and the rooms were so welcoming and comfortable! The Maui pad was such a bonus! We will be back next year!

Fantastic getaway. We didn't have the greatest weather, but the River house is so cozy and cheerful that it more than made up for it. We were able to get some hiking, fishing and kayaking in. They are great hosts.

We found this house a few years ago and now we stay here just about every time we come to Oscoda- even though we have family who lives nearby. The house is perfect for us, beautiful being on the river, and all the amenities we need. Every time we stay they have made thoughtful additions or upgrades. Perfect hosts that always make you feel welcome and give awesome surprise treats when you arrive! Going back for a long week soon and we can’t wait!
