Gîte, all-inclusive (except tourist tax), on one level adjoining the owners' house, with independent access, private parking space and large shared garden of 1 hectare (with pond).
On the ground floor: large living room, open-plan living room-kitchen equipped. 1 hallway with large wardrobe and cleaning equipment. 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC. 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe.
Fireplace (wood included). Reversible air conditioning. WIFI included (fiber). Non-smoking accommodation.
Baby bed and chair available. Additional beds on request for children/teenagers: high-quality 2-person sofa bed (with mattress topper) in the living room, and/or an extra bed (in the bedroom). Gîte not specifically adapted for people with disabilities.
Possible storage of bicycles or equipment in a closed room on request. Charging point for electric vehicles 7 km away. Occasional walkers or seasoned walkers will find many walks nearby, with landscapes of forests or vineyards. About thirty minutes away you can discover the medieval cities of Montrichard or Saint Aignan. Take the opportunity to "laze around" on the beach of Montrichard, or explore the troglodyte sites in the area if you need to cool off. And don't miss a visit to the famous ZooParc de Beauval in Saint Aignan! You are also less than half an hour from the Châteaux of Blois, Chambord or the magnificent gardens of Chaumont-sur-Loire.
