The apartment itself is excellent and the location is great. Unfortunately, the experience is let down by the agency that manages it. After paying a substantial amount for a week, you would expect a high level of service, but that was not our experience.The apartment has a Wii, and the children wanted to use it in the evening. We bought batteries for the controller, but couldn’t get it to work. When we contacted the agency to ask which TV channel to use, we were simply told they didn’t know and that we would have to figure it out ourselves.The living room is quite dark, so we asked if it was possible to borrow an additional lamp, but this was not accommodated. On our last day, we also asked whether we could leave the car in the parking space for a couple of hours after checkout so we could go for breakfast, but we were told this wasn’t possible as the cleaners needed the space. Overall, given the price, the level of service was disappointing and I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again.
